Depends on your overall calorie and macro requirements. If your shake gives you the rest of your macro and micro nutrients, then, no 1kg of meat, as long as it's chicken/turkey etc and not fatty...

I pretty much eat over a kilo of meat daily without fail, but as already stated this doesn't equal 1000g of protein. Is it a problem... It depends. You have to look at the individuals overall daily...

Ah yeah I was aware of the protein amount, just that's what id be eating 1.45 kilo actually of meat a day id buy it in a weekly online shop.    That's the only solid food id be having along with water...

You'll have fun on the toilet... I don't see any way that you can be getting a whole day's worth of fibre and vitamins/minerals in one shake. Just man up and start eating vegetables and vary your diet.
